Specific covid- 19 risk assessment

We carry out site specific covid-19 risk assessments to all customers, implementing precautions based on the government’s guidelines and what is needed to reduce the risk of contamination.

Cleaning more often

Increasing how often we clean surfaces is a must during this pandemic; however this doesn’t have to mean increasing the service frequency we provide …. If you ask your own staff to look after their own workstations on a regular basis and to wash their hands regularly this will help greatly in keeping the risk of infection down in between each time we visit.

Telling staff to not come in to work if showing symptons

If a staff member (or someone in their household) has persistent cough, a high temperature or has lost their sense of taste or smell, they should be isolating. By law from 28 September we as employers must not require someone who is being required to self-isolate to come to work.

Making sure everyone is social distancing

We talk to you our customer and work with you to make it easy for everyone to social distance whilst working by keeping to measures such as single lane walking and staff spacing.

Increasing ventilation

We ask our customers for permission to open windows and doors where possible and assure that they will be secured upon works completion.

Communicating and training

We make sure all our staff are kept up to date with the safety measures.

Facemask wearing

Our staff wear face coverings at all times when working.
